Petals Chennai — Return & Exchange Policy

1. No Return / Exchange Policy

At Petals Chennai, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all our garments.
Hence, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


2. Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Product

We only offer an exchange or replacement if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you have recorded a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.

To be eligible for an exchange in such cases:

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the entire parcel being opened (from sealed package to product).

  • You must share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

If verified, we will exchange and replace the damaged/incorrect item with a new product of the same design or similar value.


3. Not Covered

We cannot process exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • The product was used, worn, or altered.

  • Color or size variations due to lighting or device display differences.

  • Change of mind, dislike of fit, or design preference.


4. How to Report a Damage

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery at petalschennai@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number, photos, and the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and confirm the next steps for exchange/replacement.


5. Refunds

We do not provide refunds.
For eligible cases (damaged/incorrect items with proof), we offer exchange or replacement only.
