We take pride in ensuring that your order is packed securely and delivered safely within the committed time frame. Please review the details of our shipping process below.


Processing and Delivery Time

  • Each order is custom-made and takes 7–8 working days to be customised and processed (excluding second Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

 

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 12 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.


Shipping Partners

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, ST Courier, Professional Courier, and India Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be shared with you through your Order Dashboard, Email, WhatsApp, or SMS, allowing you to easily monitor your shipment status.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing your tracking ID and courier details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier’s system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.
Petals Chennai is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Packaging

All products undergo a quality check before dispatch and are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This serves as proof in the event of any damage claim.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the sealed condition.

  2. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing petalschennai@gmail.com, along with your order number, the video, and clear photos of the issue.

  3. After verification, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the item.

Please note: Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.


Delays and Exceptions

Petals Chennai is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural calamities, or events beyond our control. However, our team will make every effort to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues promptly.
