Is shipping free on sale pieces?

Yes. Every Pre-Festive Sale piece ships free within India, even if it is the only thing in your bag. Anything else in your bag follows our usual free shipping over ₹2,999.

Can I use a discount code on sale prices?

No. Sale prices cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code.

Are sale pieces made to order too?

Yes. Every sale piece is cut and stitched for your order in Chennai, exactly like the rest of the collection, so allow 12–15 working days from order to delivery. Need it by a festival date? Message us before you order and we will tell you whether it is possible.

Which size should I order?

Match your body measurements to the size guide — our sizing runs true to size. If you are between sizes, size up; there is margin in the seams for a tailor to take in. Or message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we will tell you.

Can I return or exchange a sale piece?

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or size exchanges, on sale or otherwise. If your order arrives damaged, send us your unboxing video within 3 working days of delivery and we will replace it, courier on us.
